On February 2nd, 2025, Sacred Heart Parish commemorated the Jubilee Year by honouring the Consecrated and Religious individuals who have dedicated their lives to serve the Church.
The celebration began with a thoughtful introduction by Jisha Philip, highlighting the vital role of religious in the parish. Nikita Rawat then led special petitions, praying for the sisters and fathers who have selflessly served the community.
The Women’s Cell played a pivotal role in organising the felicitation ceremony, demonstrating their appreciation for the tireless efforts of the religious personnel.
The highlight of the event was a cake-cutting ceremony, graciously performed by the fathers and sisters of the parish. This symbolic gesture expressed the parishioners’ heartfelt gratitude for the unwavering support and guidance provided by these dedicated individuals.
The celebration concluded with a small refreshment, providing an opportunity for the parishioners to mingle and express their appreciation to the Consecrated and religious individuals.
