10 Women Mission Training was conducted at the parish level, aimed at empowering women to actively participate in the mission of the Church. This initiative has successfully reached grassroots women, effectively touching “ground zero” and fostering engagement, leadership, and spiritual formation within parish communities.

Program Overview:

Objective: To equip parish women with leadership skills, faith formation, and practical tools for community engagement.
Participants: Women from various parishes of the Diocese of Jaipur.
Activities: Interactive sessions, group discussions, role-plays, faith reflections, and practical strategies for parish service.
Trainers: Deanery Resource Team

Key Outcomes:

  • Participants gained awareness of their roles and responsibilities within the Church and community.
  • Enhanced leadership, communication, and team-building skills were observed among attendees.
  • Women expressed increased confidence and motivation to initiate and participate in parish activities.
  • A spirit of collaboration and community service was nurtured, reinforcing the mission of the Women’s Commission.
