CCBI, Commission for Women is grounded in the ideology of empowering women, promoting equality, and fostering supportive relationships among women. To realize this vision, the Commission advocates for a shift away from a formal, knowledge-based approach (such as the traditional student-teacher model) toward a more personal, heart-to-heart methodology. This approach fosters genuine, supportive, and collaborative relationships, allowing women to connect with each other in meaningful ways. This shift is based on the belief that women can better understand and relate to each other’s experiences, which cultivates greater empathy, empowerment, and confidence. After such interactions, women are expected to leave feeling uplifted, filled with hope and strength, and return home with light hearts, brimming with confidence.
