The Training of Trainers (TOT) for the Jaipur Deanery, under the 10 Women Mission Agenda of the CCBI National Office, was successfully held on 7th September 2025 at St. Xavier’s Church, C-Scheme, Jaipur, under the guidance of President, Mrs. Neelam Chopra. The program was conducted by the Diocesan Resource Team, who were earlier trained by the National Secretary in June 2025.
The day began with the Holy Mass at 8:00 a.m. at St. Xavier’s Church, invoking God’s blessings for the mission. This was followed by breakfast and fellowship. At the start of the training, Ms. Neelam warmly welcomed all participants who had come from far and near, appreciating their commitment and enthusiasm for the mission.
The participants then assembled in Class 1-B for the training sessions. The training comprised interactive sessions focusing on:
- The vision and purpose of the 10 Women Mission Agenda.
- Empowering women to take leadership roles in faith and community.
- Building supportive networks within the Deanery.
- Practical strategies for training parish-level women leaders.
To deepen participation and learning, the participants were further divided into smaller groups for discussion and reporting of their group activity. This exercise helped them to reflect, share insights, and practice collaborative leadership.
The sessions were conducted in an engaging and participatory manner, encouraging open sharing of experiences, challenges, and possibilities. A group photograph was taken during the short break, symbolizing unity and commitment.
The TOT created an opportunity for women representatives of the Jaipur Deanery to deepen their understanding of the mission and prepare themselves to lead further training in their different parishes. Participants appreciated the simple yet powerful methodology of “personal and heart-to-heart” engagement, which is central to this initiative.
The training concluded with thanksgiving, mutual commitment to continue working together for the empowerment of women in the Diocese, and a sumptuous lunch served to all participants.
